About The Role
Were looking for a Team Lead AI who can take charge of AI product initiatives and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and innovators.

Youll be the bridge between business goals and technical execution - ensuring your team delivers intelligent, scalable, and high-performing AI products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on contribution, with the ability to guide teams through vision, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, data engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and technical tasks.
  • Drive the development and deployment of AI-based products and features.
  • Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and technical excellence across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions - Product, Design, and Delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.

What Were Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in software or AI product development.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI-driven applications or solutions.
  • Proven experience leading teams or managing project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Python, and knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and team leadership skills.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for mentoring and innovation.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
