Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at , located in Trivandrum. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring high-quality customer service. They will work closely with other departments to align team objectives and deliver consistent performance. Responsibilities also include training team members, monitoring metrics, and implementing improvement strategies.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
