Job Role & Career Path:

As part of our expansion plans across Tamil Nadu and other regions, we are looking to onboard 15 dynamic Business Managers.

Selected candidates begin as Management Associates and undergo our structured Global Training Module (GTM), covering Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance over 6/12/18 months, progressing through the levels:

Business Associate → HR Trainer → Team Leader → Assistant Branch Head → Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and promote top-tier clients (Blue-Chip Companies)
  • Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships
  • Engage in field activities and prospecting within assigned regions
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 15–20 young professionals
  • Oversee training and team development
  • Gain a strong understanding of business operations and financial management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent business awareness and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative, hardworking, and high-energy personality
  • Ability to manage teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Freshers welcome
  • Experience: 0–1years
  • Age: 20–26 years
  • Compensation

Up to ₹25,000 per month as a Trainee
