Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Kochi, Kerala. As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with employers to understand their hiring needs. You will also assist in building talent pools, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and employers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Candidate Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and Resume Screening
  • Proficiency in Interviewing, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong Employer and Candidate Relationships
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Market Trends
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in international recruitment is a plus
