About the Role:

We're looking for someone who can own the recruitment function end-to-end (70%) and also support core HR

operations (30%). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership,

and can balance people-first thinking with execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%) – Full Ownership

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer rollouts).

* Build and maintain strong pipelines for priority roles.

* Drive creative sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, internal references, and networks.

* Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

* Maintain and update hiring dashboards, trackers, and weekly reports..

* Own pre-onboarding and onboarding communication and documentation.

HR Operations Support (30%)

* Help with attendance queries, leave tracking, and basic HRMS upkeep.

* Support in drafting policies, SOPs, and internal communication.

* Coordinate engagement activities, Wohoo Wednesday, celebrations, and events.

* Help manage exit processes, follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.

* Provide overall support on daily ops and special projects.

Who You Are

* 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (startup experience is a bonus).

* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* Comfortable juggling multiple roles and responsibilities.

* Ownership-driven, organised, and proactive.

* Someone who enjoys people-focused work and building a positive culture.
