At Rebert EdTech, we're on a mission to bridge the gap between Campus and Corporate through our flagship program CampusToCorporate — a 360° training and internship initiative designed to upskill students with in-demand technical and professional skills.

We're expanding our reach across India and are looking for passionate Regional Heads (Sales) to lead our outreach, partnerships, and growth efforts in their respective zones.

Role Overview

The Regional Head – Sales will serve as the key representative of Rebert EdTech in their assigned region. You'll be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, driving student enrollments, managing campus partnerships, and leading local marketing efforts to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve admission and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with college TPOs, student clubs, and training & placement cells.
  • Represent Rebert EdTech at seminars, webinars, and campus events to promote the CampusToCorporate program.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage campus ambassadors and local marketing partners.
  • Coordinate with the central HR and marketing teams for collateral, leads, and event planning.
  • Track and report weekly sales performance, enrollment progress, and feedback from institutions.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and integrity while representing the Rebert brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or education marketing is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for education and leadership.
  • Comfortable with both remote collaboration and on-field networking.
  • Students or early professionals with proven leadership or influencer experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹200,000.00 per month
