About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing project documentation, coordinating tasks, and supporting the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Project Documentation Prepare, organize, and update project schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Digital File Management – Maintain accurate and accessible digital records in line with company standards.
  • Clerical & Administrative Support – Handle data maintenance, filing, and materials management.
  • Independent Task Coordination – Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in Reporting – Compile and share updates with project managers and stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience: Prior administrative/project support experience preferred but not mandatory.
