We are seeking **highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive growth specifically in South Delhi**. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher from a reputable college with a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles. You will play a key role in boosting our brand’s visibility and sales in this important metro market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Regional Sales Strategy & Execution**:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned **South Delhi territory**. Identify potential customers and create robust sales plans tailored to this specific market.
- **Relationship Building**:
Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers across retail, distribution, and HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and cafes) segments in **South Delhi**.
- **Product Promotion & Market Penetration**:
Effectively present, promote, and sell Toyo Kombucha’s beverage products, actively increasing product placement and market share in **South Delhi**.
- **Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification**:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and stay informed about competitor activities in **South Delhi**.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Reporting & Performance Analysis**:
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and highlight improvement areas within **South Delhi**.
- **Brand Visibility Enhancement**:
Actively participate in local marketing initiatives and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement in **South Delhi**.
