Role Summary:

CB Physiotherapy, Delhis leading physiotherapy network, is hiring a full-time Clinical Physiotherapist at our South Delhi centers (Vasant Kunj & Saket). As a clinical Physiotherapist, you will be key in patient care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans using diverse physiotherapy techniques.
  • Administering advanced physiotherapy treatments to patients, including exercise programs and manual therapy, as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to physiotherapy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
  • Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics. (Freshers can also apply)
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a clinical team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
