We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full Desk

Recruiter in Hyderabad. This dual role combines expertise in recruitment and business development to

drive growth and build strong client relationships.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment

Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT domains.

Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job boards.

Proven track record of meeting goals and KPIs

Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Boolean Search expertise and strong sourcing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in End-to-End recruitment and client service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
