Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Hyderabad. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, greeting and assisting clients, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing front desk operations and staff coordination
- Proficiency in handling reservations and managing schedules
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in using office management software and tools
- Previous experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
