Job Title - Project Manager – Real Estate Development

Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution with accountability for cost, quality, safety, and schedule in line with business objectives.

  • Prepare, present, and finalize project plans and budgets.

  • Drive effective planning and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project milestones.

  • Oversee quality control and ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for drawings, technical discussions, and execution.

  • Mobilize manpower, materials, and resources as per project requirements.

  • Provide monthly project progress reports, including timelines, deliverables, and cash flow requirements.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in Project Management within a contractor or construction firm.

  • Hands-on experience working with petty and small contractors.

  • Prior experience in end-to-end residential development (from piling to handover).

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in projects using Aluform / MIVAN shuttering technology.

  • Strong background in handling high-rise residential projects.

  • Experience in technical design coordination.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) or MS Projects (MSP).

  • Strong command over MS Office tools.

  • Additional exposure to large-scale residential project management will be an added advantage
