Our India HQ is in Kolkata, and our team is passionate about growth, performance, and optimisation. We are seeking an Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager (E-commerce and Retail Distribution) for the E-commerce and Retail Distribution business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across both e-commerce and retail distribution channels. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, overseeing global sourcing, demand planning, and the development of distribution networks that support retail partners and rapidly growing e-commerce channels, such as Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and DTC platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning and supply chain modelling across omnichannel sales by integrating retailer forecasts, POS data, and e-commerce insights.
  • Oversee global sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost/risk analyses to ensure supply continuity and efficiency.
  • Design and manage distribution networks optimised for omnichannel operations, balancing efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Direct inventory management across internal DCs, 3PLs, FBA/WFS, and retail DCs -including management of fresh and shelf-life–sensitive food products.
  • Manage a diverse food product portfolio, ensuring category-specific supply chain strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage carrier contracts for parcel, LTL, TL, and ocean freight to meet cost and service-level goals.
  • Maintain system and data integrity across WMS, OMS, ERP, and EDI platforms for smooth order flow and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and trade marketing teams to align supply chain execution with business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in consumer goods or food & beverage sectors.
  • Strong background in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement modelling.
  • Expertise in demand planning, inventory optimisation, and forecasting for omnichannel and retail environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce fulfilment channels such as FBA/WFS and DTC operations.
  • Knowledge of handling shelf-life–sensitive and multi-category food products within supply chain frameworks.
  • Proficiency with WMS, OMS, ERP, and EDI systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and flexibility in working on a US shift
