Role & responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to preventive maintenance, ATM updates, vendors, and custodians.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Field, UPS, CRA) and external stakeholders (OEM vendors) for issue resolution.
  • Provide real-time technical support to field engineers and electricians.
  • Monitor and follow up on FLM (First Level Maintenance) and SLM (Second Level Maintenance) activities.
  • Log and manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Track high-priority issues and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution within defined TATs.
  • Work closely with ATM officers, local coordinators, area managers, and vendors for seamless coordination.
  • Authenticate downtime dependencies and prioritize actions to make ATMs operational quickly.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation via phone and email.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Undergraduate from a recognized institution

  • 24 years of experience, preferably in the ATM industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
