About the role As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Your responsibilities

. Gather all inputs received until cut-off, prepare payroll template and accurately process it in payroll.
. Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.
. Analyze variance, payroll controls for accurate pay slip generation
. Payroll Timeliness- Paying all employee on timely basis for your respective markets (100%)
. Resolve employee queries and solicit advisement from Team Leader for complex queries
. Ensure adherence to compliances.
. Manage payroll reports for respective markets
. Lodge taxes and upload payments for Tax and Social Security.
. Process benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves.
. Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year

The experience we're looking for

Key Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator or similar role for countries UK/Europe/India.

• Expertise in handling Payroll payments, including advances, allowances, deductions benefits, salary and bank adjustments.

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, termination and F&F settlements.

• Proficiency in SuccessFactors, ADP and Alight Payroll system will be an added advantage.

• Data maintenance and administration for HR system in collaboration with HR analyst and onboarding team.

• Manage Payroll Service Partner operational relationship and oversee their support and timely deliveries.

• Stay updated with Local employment laws and ensure company is fully compliant to local laws and regulations.

• Bachelor/Masters degree from a three/four-year college or university.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in payroll profile

• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

• Effective communication, analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
