Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Lucknow. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, manage client relationships, and ensure that all events align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, leading event staff, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role also involves creatively addressing client needs to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
  • Budget management and vendor negotiation expertise
  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site and occasionally outside of regular hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
