Are you a dynamic leader with a strong background in education sales and a proven track record of driving admissions growth? We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and passionate professional to lead our Sales & Outreach efforts for Postgraduate Programs.

Role Overview:

Location: Lucknow

Industry: Education / Higher Education

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive Sales, Outreach & Marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to drive PG program admissions
  • Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships (colleges, corporates, counselors, etc.)
  • Lead a team to achieve admissions and revenue targets
  • Design and implement effective lead generation & conversion funnels
  • Represent the institution at key events, seminars, and industry forums
  • Regularly report performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Academics, Marketing, Digital, etc.)

Who Should Apply:

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and driving student acquisition at the PG level
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in ATL/BTL outreach campaigns and student engagement
