Talent Deploy is one of the leading organisations in the Staffing Arena. We are hiring a Business Development Manager Contract Staffing with strong experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, and account management. The role involves hunting new clients and farming existing accounts across BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Pharma, Entertainment & Media, and other serviceable industries.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end sales, revenue growth, and headcount ramp-up, while coordinating with recruitment and operations teams to ensure delivery as per contractual SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • New client acquisition in Contract Staffing / General Staffing / HR Services
  • Corporate sales targeting BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Pharma, Entertainment & Media sectors
  • End-to-end business development lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Key account management and stakeholder mapping within client organizations
  • Drive headcount growth, billing, and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely manpower deployment
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and service commitments

Candidate Profile

  • 510 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Contract Staffing / Staffing / HR Services
  • Proven track record in selling workforce solutions to corporates
  • Strong exposure to client acquisition (hunting) and account management (farming)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Any Graduate
