Require Business Development Executive ( Female ) for an overseas Education consultancy in KK Market at Balaji Nagar .
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:Proactively target and acquire new clients, including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities, by making introductory calls and follow-up communications.
- Market Intelligence:Gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments to inform strategic business decisions.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a key contact person for their needs.
- Sales & Pitching:Conduct product demonstrations, provide academic discussions, and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients to address their specific requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Utilize CRM systems and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Strategic Planning:Contribute to developing business development strategies and projections, including budget allocation, to support growth objectives.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Sales & Negotiation:A persistent "hunter" mindset, ability to inspire trust, and strong negotiation skills are crucial for securing new business.
- Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective pitching and building rapport with clients.
- Strategic Thinking:The ability to analyze markets, forecast future trends, and develop strategies for long-term growth.
- Education Sector Knowledge:A passion for education and a deep understanding of the educational landscape or EdTech sector is often preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:Basic proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel is necessary for managing sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
