Dataspot is scaling aggressively (High-Scale Model C) and needs an experienced
Operations Manager
to be the backbone of our India Delivery Engine (Software and Digital Marketing). Based in our Kakkanchery office, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and ensure the seamless, documented, and compliant functioning of our teams.

The Challenge and Impact:

You will lead the transition from ad-hoc processes to systemized operations, directly addressing pain points like
"improving documentation,"
"accountability,"
and ensuring the India team's efficiency supports our UAE/KSA expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SOP Implementation & Documentation:
    Lead the creation and enforcement of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR, Admin, Procurement, and core delivery support.
  • Odoo System Owner:
    Act as the primary administrative owner for
    Odoo (HR, Timesheets, Projects)
    data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting for the MD and Financial Analyst.
  • HR & Compliance:
    Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and liaising for payroll coordination in India.
  • Procurement & Resource Management:
    Oversee all office facilities, IT equipment procurement (for Software and Infra), and vendor management (linked to Odoo Purchase).
  • MD Proxy:
    Serve as the Managing Director's trusted proxy for all non-technical operational escalations within the India office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    3+ years
    in an Operations, HR, or Administrative management role within a
    Software Development, IT Services, or Consulting firm.
  • System Knowledge:
    Proven experience implementing or managing business systems ERP/HRIS, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with
    Odoo, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional skills in documentation, process mapping, and project coordination.
  • Location:
    Must be based near or willing to relocate to our
    Kakkanchery, India
    office.
