Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Technician, located in Padinharethara. The MEP Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing maintenance and repair tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance skills
  • Preventive Maintenance experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Implement and supervise the hotel's preventive maintenance program to minimize breakdown and maintain optimal system performances.
  • strong understanding of MEP systems and their components.
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in a resort or hospitality
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma
