Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable MEP Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. You will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions to students or junior technicians, ensuring they gain the necessary technical skills and knowledge to excel in the MEP field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on MEP systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and MEP technologies.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate with management to update training modules as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom or workshop environment.
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
