Internship Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment and HR operations, preparing you for a successful career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Job Postings: Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases with candidate and employee information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing interview materials, offer letters, and rejection emails.
- Employee Onboarding: Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Event Coordination: Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and internal HR events.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and gather market salary data.
- Policy Documentation: Assist in updating and maintaining company HR policies and SOPs.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Familiarity with HRIS software
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Comfortable with outreach and networking
