Responsibilities-

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Managing employee separation processes has context menu
  • Promote work-life balance, employee well-being, and a positive workplace culture for a healthy atmosphere.
  • Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview

Skills-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with potential future candidates.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining databases.
  • Knowledge of basic MS Excel, MS word or PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,000- ₹30,000.00 per month
