Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests through various channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
  • Provide support for common software applications and corporate tools.
  • Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Assist in setting up new equipment, including installation and configuration.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Assist with IT projects and system updates as necessary.
  • Train and onboard new employees on IT systems and tools.
  • Keep an inventory of IT equipment and perform audits as needed.
Requirements
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or technical help desk role.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with common business software such as Microsoft Office and cloud applications.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and patience.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Education:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar certification is desirable.
