With multiple world-class sets including a chroma wall, cyclorama, and ethnic Moroccan themes, we cater to leading corporate clients, creators, and brands. Our services include high-quality shoots, editing, and creative campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and lead marketing initiatives that strengthen Hogwarts Studios' presence in the market. The ideal candidate is creative, target-driven, and experienced in building lasting client relationships while scaling revenue consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, fashion, influencer, and production segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Create customised proposals and pitch decks to showcase our studio services.
- Drive revenue growth to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Experience & Retention
- Understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of projects from shoot to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality output that exceeds client expectations.
- Gather feedback and improve processes for better customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in media, production, advertising, or creative industries).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and think strategically.
