Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle of Presales, ensuring alignment with business, legal, and delivery requirements. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to manage contract negotiations, compliance documentation, and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract discussions with internal stakeholders including sales, delivery, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Review and respond to client-issued security and compliance questionnaires, coordinating with InfoSec and IT teams.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, COs and licensing agreements.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with service delivery capabilities, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing contract inputs during RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
  • Manage contract lifecycle stages: initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, and closure.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure version control and audit readiness.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Facilitate client onboarding from a contractual and compliance perspective.
  • Prepare contract summaries, trackers, and reports for leadership and audit purposes.
  • Drive process improvements in contract management workflows and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Masters in MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or pre-sales support.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience handling security questionnaires and compliance documentation (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or enterprise client environments.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, IACCM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Exposure to international contracting and cross-border legal considerations.
