Role ObjectiveTo drive institutional business for the organization by acquiring nurturing and managing relationships with Family Offices Treasuries Corporates and other large investors The role involves promoting Mutual Funds AIFs and other investment products while expanding the firms institutional AUM footprint Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow institutional AUM across Mutual Funds and AIFs Build and manage strong relationships with Family Offices Treasuries Corporates Banks and other large investors Identify and onboard new institutional clients deepen wallet share from existing relationships Pitch investment products with a focus on AIF Liquid Debt and Equity funds Monitor market trends competitor strategies and investor needs to provide insights for product positioning Collaborate with product and investment teams to deliver client centric solutions Achieve sales targets ensuring sustainable growth in line with business objectives Represent the organization at industry forums events and client interactions Candidate ProfileExperience 7 15 years depending on level in Institutional Sales Treasury Wealth Private Banking Backgrounds to target AMC Mutual Fund Institutional Sales Wealth Advisory AIF Distribution Private Banking Institutional Family Office connects Broking institutional coverage e g Nirmal Bang Motilal Oswal etc Bankers with Treasury Institutional relationshipsSkills Attributes Proven track record of raising and managing large AUM e g liquid funds AIFs Access to key institutional networks Banks Corporates Family Offices Strong product knowledge across MF AIF PMS Debt Equity Excellent relationship management
