We are seeking a results-oriented Salesperson with a strong background in IT services sales in India (Chennai/Bangalore). The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate new business by leveraging existing relationships and networks. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technology landscape and can position our solutions to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients by leveraging existing professional relationships
- Promote and position our IT solutions and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Track sales activities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Strong network of decision-makers in the IT domain (e.g., CIOs, IT Heads, HR/Procurement leaders)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of technology roles, trends, and client needs
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field
