Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. The role also requires delivering presentations, setting client expectations, and meeting sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and handling client inquiries effectively
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
  • Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
