Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT (System Integration & Infrastructure)
Location: CBD Belapur
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales of IT infrastructure and system integration solutions. The role involves cold calling, client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business via cold calling, networking & client meetings.
- Manage and grow existing accounts with long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution proposals.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closure.

- Graduate in IT/Business (preferred).
- 3–6 years' experience in IT sales / business development.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated & team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹42,468.94 per month
