Role Overview

We're seeking seasoned sales professionals who bring deep experience in the interior solutions industry.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel at understanding client needs, navigating modular offerings,

and driving business growth through strategic engagement.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base, translating

lifestyle aspirations into modular interior solutions, and ensuring seamless project onboarding and

execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition through consultative selling and solution-based engagement
  • Present modular interior offerings with clarity, aligning with client budgets and expectations
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through post-sale engagement and support

Desired Profile

  • Proven track record in interior sales or business development within modular or turnkey domains
  • Strong understanding of modular systems, materials, and execution workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable project briefs
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about client success
