Job Description:
Main Task:
- Managing & Leading a team favor Procurement & Warehouse
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Having expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Sourcing & engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Building & maintaining long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Managing every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
- Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution & maintenance operations
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Managing stock control and inventory levels apart from reconciliation on a periodic basis
- Produce retorts and statistics on a regular basis to management (IN/Out status report, dead stock report, etc)
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements
- Knowledge of Data Protection
