Job Description:

Main Task:

  • Managing & Leading a team favor Procurement & Warehouse
  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Having expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Sourcing & engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Building & maintaining long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers.
  • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Managing every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
  • Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution & maintenance operations
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Managing stock control and inventory levels apart from reconciliation on a periodic basis
  • Produce retorts and statistics on a regular basis to management (IN/Out status report, dead stock report, etc)

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail    
  • High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements 
  • Knowledge of Data Protection
