to join our team. This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a frontline representative of the company, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
