Position Overview
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving admissions growth and leading the sales team to achieve excellence. This is a performance-oriented leadership role where success is measured by student intake and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to consistently achieve enrollment targets
Develop and implement admission strategies to maximize student intake
Boost revenue by creating and executing sales campaigns and outreach plans
Train and guide the sales team to enhance selling skills and performance
Build and maintain client and partner networks for continuous lead generation
Track, analyze, and report sales performance for data-driven decision-making
