Our media department plays a vital role in shaping the brand's voice, design, and digital storytelling. We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our media team, drive innovative campaigns, and elevate our visual and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative/media department (designers, video editors, content creators, social media executives).
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives.
  • Conceptualize and oversee production of promotional campaigns, digital content, advertisements, and brand assets.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all platforms (social media, web, print, events).
  • Stay up to date with creative, design, and media trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams for campaign alignment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Guide and mentor the creative/media team to maximize productivity and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Head / Creative Director / Media Lead (preferably in travel, tourism, or related industries).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, digital media, and branding projects.
  • Expertise in graphic design, video editing, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing creatively.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Media, Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
