1. On boarding Process
I. Pre On boarding:-
a. Connecting with the offered candidate and confirming the DOJ.
b. Following and Verifying the resignation and acceptance mail from the candidate of previous organisation.
c. Sending the welcome email after confirming the DOJ from the candidate.
II. Post On boarding:-
a. Verifying and completing the documentation process and sending the hard copy to Vapi team (Mediclaim form, PF, Declaration etc)
b. Providing the details further to generate employee ID and Official email id.
c. Providing ID card, Visiting card and Uniform set.
2. Induction
a. Conducting the induction program online or offline
b. Providing corporate presentation and HR Policies.
c. Zoho training.
d. Introducing new joinees top all the office employees along with HOD.
e. Providing lunch to new employees.
3. Policy Implementation
a. Manage and implement policies on day to day basis.
4. Employee Grievances
a. Ensure to smoothly resolve the grievance, in a transparent and impartial manner.
b. Meet with the Employee to understand the basis for the grievance.
c. Conduct any investigation if required, including meeting with the Respondent.
d. Following the investigation, try to reach a conclusion on the outcome and make appropriate recommendations to resolve the grievance.
5. Attendance & Leave Management
a. Managing regular attendance of the field staff on ZOHO.
b. Ensuring all the details of new joinees and resignation details are shared to head office on timely basis.
c. Compiling zoho data and converting it into attendance sheet and submitting it to HOD for verification.
d. Post verification sharing the same to corporate office
1. Office Administration & Vendor Management
a. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employee contracts.
b. Ensuring smooth flow of stationery goods in office.
c. Maintaining bills and invoices.
d. Managing HK & Security employees.
e. Ensuring renewal of contracts for pest control, fire extinguisher etc.
f. Ensuring smooth office maintenance
2. Exit Formalities
a. On receiving resignation E mail, checking the very reason of resignation.
b. Confirming last working date from their respective line manager.
c. Sharing the clearance form & Exit interview form to employee.
d. Ensuring the deactivation of his ZOHO accounts.
e. Ensuring smooth exit process.
f. Sharing the resignation email to Vapi team.
3. Full & Final Settlements
a. Getting complete handover update from their respective line manager and updating the same on their clearance form.
b. Getting verified from IT team for IT assets.
c. Getting verified from accounts team.
d. Getting verified from credit control department (NOC)
e. Getting verified from sample team.
f. Preparing final attendance record.
Preparing the FNF document and sending the hard copy of it to Vapi team.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE : (Qualification, No of yrs experience)
Candidate should have a basic science or commerce degree as a qualification.
Preferred MBA (HR) from a reputed business school
Minimum 10-12 of experience in Generalist HR position
