Job Summary

The Sales Head will lead the sales organization to drive revenue growth, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and develop and execute effective sales strategies. This leader will be responsible for expanding market presence, achieving aggressive sales targets, and aligning sales efforts with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to diverse global markets, understanding regional business cultures, regulations, and buying behaviors.
  • Directly engage in selling to potential clients worldwide while building and leading a global sales team.
  • Establish and refine sales playbooks and processes that can scale internationally.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to adapt product positioning and messaging for each market.
  • Manage relationships with key global customers and partners to expand market presence.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to adapt sales tactics effectively.
  • Drive revenue targets and manage sales pipelines across countries/regions, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales with experience selling into multiple international markets.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills for diverse clients.
  • Ability to develop scalable sales processes adaptable to different countries.
  • Experience working with regional sales teams and managing distributed teams remotely.
  • Familiarity with global compliance and legal standards affecting SaaS contracts and sales.
