Brief about Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, design-savvy
Brand Manager
to lead the marketing strategy for our
Kitchen & Furniture Fittings
vertical. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, research, and cross-functional collaboration. If you have a flair for interiors, love turning insights into compelling brand stories, and can coordinate between product, design, and sales — this is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brand Ownership & Strategy:

o Build and execute a differentiated brand identity for the Kitchen & Furniture Fittings category.

o Develop annual marketing calendars, product storytelling, and vertical-specific messaging frameworks.

o Translate design sensibility into marketable narratives, campaigns, and customer-facing assets.

Market Research & Trendspotting

o Study industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in home interiors and modular furniture.

o Turn insights into actionable inputs for product positioning, content, and innovation.

o Coordinate with the research team and internal sales data sources to inform decisions.

Product Launches & Sales Collaboration

o Act as the marketing lead for new product launches — from positioning to campaign execution.

o Create launch kits: product videos, brochures, POS materials, and social content.

o Be the bridge between Sales and Product teams to ensure ground-level feedback informs go-to-market efforts.

Visual Communication & Interior Aesthetic

o Collaborate with design teams to produce visually-rich assets (catalogs, room setups, renders, 3D visuals).

o Guide content creation that aligns with modern interior design sensibilities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

o Liaise with Product, Design, Sales, and R&D teams to align communication goals with business objectives.

o Drive alignment on storytelling, use-case marketing, and feature highlight strategy.

o Contribute to display and retail branding (experience centers, dealer stores, exhibitions).

Performance & Digital Readiness

o Work with the digital and e-commerce teams to optimize PLI content, SEO, A+ pages, and social campaigns.

o Support tracking and reporting of category-specific performance across channels.

Skillset and Qualifications Required:


•       Have a strong grasp of branding, consumer psychology & content marketing


•       Bring a flair for interior design and understand modular furniture trends


•       Are experienced with 3D asset workflows and creative production


•       Can lead project management across teams and stakeholders


•       Have a design and copy sensibility for both print and digital formats


•       Understand SEO, digital metrics, and performance tracking


•       Are a clear communicator with strong briefing/documentation skills


•       Are detail-oriented, deadline-driven & can juggle multiple projects
