About the Job

We're hiring a through-and-through generalist – someone who can do a bit of everything, learn fast, and deliver results. If you're into gaming, anime, K-dramas, YouTube, storytelling, and AI, and you want a career where every day looks different, this role is for you. This is not your typical corporate job – no rigid structure, no boring routines. You'll get to experiment, create, and own things end-to-end. But remember: this is a performance-driven role. No results = no continuation. We hope it doesn't come to that.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Apply for grants & funding opportunities.
  2. Design pitch decks & creative assets (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  3. Create websites/apps with AI tools.
  4. Write specs, product docs & content.
  5. Deconstruct games to understand mechanics & monetization.
  6. Build AI agent workflows & experiment with automation.
  7. Edit YouTube videos (Premiere Pro & After Effects).
  8. Write stories & concepts inspired by fan fiction, visual novels & pop culture.
  9. Take on random ad-hoc tasks (yes, anything & everything).

  2. You must be willing to learn on the job, but the expectation is: Outside work hours Learn, upskill, experiment.
  3. During work hours (9–5) Execute fast, deliver results.
  4. Speed is non-negotiable. If you're slow, this role will not be a good fit.
