We are expanding and looking for Outbound Telecallers to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding medical billing services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Explain company services clearly and professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling/telecalling (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
