We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Technical Recruiter
to join our Bangalore office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn full-cycle recruitment, work closely with global teams, and contribute directly to TruGlobal's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and technical skill needs.
  • Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates for key skill areas —
    SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, QA, DevOps, and AI.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in the ATS.
  • Participate in campus hiring, referral drives, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging skills, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or Business Administration.
  • 0–3 years of experience in
    technical recruitment
    (IT services or consulting domain preferred).
  • Understanding or interest in technical areas such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, QA, DevOps, and AI.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and sourcing tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to ERP or Cloud recruitment (SAP / Salesforce / NetSuite).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology and IT project environments.
