Senior Sales (Strategy & Closures – Kandivali Office)
Location: Kandivali West (Head Office)
Shift time :10:00am to 6:00pm
Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales (including strategy & closures)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week, working on the site over the weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle high-value clients and close premium deals.
- Mentor and support the sales team with strategies for lead conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and documentation.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of high-ticket deal closures.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
