Description

ØResponsible for managing the entire Credit Card business P&L, tracking all income and expense lines and ensuring deliverables as per business targets by coordinating with various departments across the business.

ØAnalyze the performance metrics, identify key trends and recommend actions to optimize portfolio profitability.

ØFront ending network interactions for the bank with associated network partners for revenue and cost saving opportunities.

ØAnalyze the network trends both across interchange and costs and drive interventions to maximize benefits for the business.

ØManage the year end budgeting and forecasting process.

ØKeep a track of budgeted expenditure of each vertical and ensure that expenses are managed within the budget bounds.

ØResponsible to manage the monthly and quarterly reporting mechanics and assess transaction income trends for the cards portfolio.

ØOversee the publishing of management dashboards

Job requirement


ØCA / Post Graduate with 7+ years of work experience in banking or financial services.

ØShould have prior understanding of cards business and a thorough understanding of cards revenue and expense lines.

ØShould understand financial statement viz. P&L and Balance sheet.

ØShould be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders within and outside the bank and work with them.

ØShould have good analytical skills to understand the trends and correlate different line items within the cards business.

ØShould possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills and

be a quick learner.

ØProficient in working on MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

KRAs:

  1. Manage digital journeys & partner tech stack end to end from customer perspective and help drive business targets along with desired KPIs
  2. Monitoring of the funnel & improve product performance metrics via enhancements & improved customer experience 
  3. Understanding of adobe tool for tracking digital journey and customer behaviour for continuous improvements for funnel improvement
  4. Collaborate with the cross functional teams like risk, policy, process, legal, compliance, IT, etc. for requisite approvals
  5. Manage new feature launch & initiatives for credit cards from product lens and helping business team to drive the required targets
Qualifications

Job requirement

MBA/IIT equivalent degree

Prior experience in product management or digital product management

Proficient in MS office (Excel, powerpoint)

Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Understanding of LOS platform like Salesforce is a plus.
