Job Title: Accounts Manager - TRITECH Gas Detectors

Preference: Female

Experience: 8-10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, and leading the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting processes, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of working with financial data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage tax filings, and handle statutory audits.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysing financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Education: Bachelor's/ Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification like CA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.

Skills:

  • Expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.
  • Team player with strong leadership qualities.
