**Job Description: Account Executive - Vijay Travels**

**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain **day-to-day accounting records** and ensure accurate data entry in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Handle **accounts payable and receivable**, including vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Record and reconcile **bank transactions, cash flow, and ledger entries**.
- Manage **petty cash** and ensure proper documentation of expenses.

**2. GST, TDS & Taxation**:

- Prepare and file **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)** and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Handle **TDS deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns**.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for tax audits and statutory compliance.

**3. Payroll & Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in **salary processing, PF, ESI deductions**, and other payroll-related activities.
- Generate **monthly financial reports**, including **profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements**.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and budgeting.

**4. Vendor & Client Management**:

- Reconcile **vendor and customer accounts**, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
- Follow up on **outstanding payments from clients** and manage timely disbursement to vendors.
- Assist in preparing **quotations, invoices, and purchase orders**.

**5. Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure proper maintenance of **accounting records** for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with auditors for **financial reviews and tax assessments**.
- Stay updated with **accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies**.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, or Finance** (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year** of experience in **accounting, finance, or bookkeeping**.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- **Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **GST, TDS, and tax filing procedures**.
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles, financial statements, and ledger management**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, and accounting software**.
- Excellent **attention to detail and organizational skills**.
