**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
i. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

ii. Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

iii. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and on time.

iv. Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns within statutory timelines

v. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

vi. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

vii. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes

viii. Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

ix. Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and expense tracking.

x. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies

xi. Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline accounting procedures.

xii. Respond to financial queries from management and cross-functional departments **Qualifications**:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

ii. 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

iii. Proficiency in Tally ERP and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS returns, and bookkeeping.

iv.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

v. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

vi. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

vii. Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

viii. Strong organizational and time management abilities
