**Role Highlights**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable/Payable Management: Process incoming and outgoing payments, reconcile accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers and vendors.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels, reconciling inventory records, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis. Assist in forecasting sales, expenses, and cash flow to help management make informed decisions.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining records of tax payments, and responding to tax inquiries from regulatory authorities.
- Financial Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits. Provide documentation and explanations as needed to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally and MS Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic retail environment.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
