Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help in onboarding and documentation processes for new employees.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and internal communications.
  • Work with HR software/tools for data entry and reporting.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
