Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-paced environment, collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

● Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality leadership talent.

● Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning for complex roles.

● Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies and cultural fit.

● Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

● Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate details.

● Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

● Handle employer branding initiatives to enhance NoBroker's attractiveness as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

● Experience: 4 - 8 years in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment.

● Education: Marsters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Skills:

○ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.) and prior experience in leadership or senior hiring

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to manage senior leadership roles

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

○ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
